A pair of antique stone ball finials

Item no 545

A pair of limestone ball finials on tapered square bases. Their simple design suggests that these pier finials are earlier rather than later. They were originally in the grounds of Clanna Park, a now demolished mansion near Lydney in west Gloucestershire.

18th / 19th Century
