A pair of large Portland stone finials
Item no 540

A large pair of English Portland stone finials with oval pinnacles over lobed and fluted bodies on tapered square bases. These finials are large enough to be free standing garden features beside steps or on a terrace or could be placed on top of large gate piers. Formerly in the grounds of Hopwood Grange near Alvechurch, Worcestershire.

19th or early 20th Century
