A rare wooden beamed horsedrawn plough
Item no 370

A good wooden beamed horsedrawn plough bearing the maker's stamp Hillson and Son, Langley Stratford on Avon and also possibly the date 1876. It is extremely rare to find a wooden beamed plough with all of its original working parts. Usually the wooden sections have rotted away and the fittings are either broken or lost.
