Item no 699 A pair of old terracotta oil jars with two lug handles and original lids. These are English-made pots which were originally used to store liquids such as linseed oil although the bases are now drilled for drainage. It is very uncommon to find these pots with their original lids which are useful for protecting the pots in winter. Late 19th / early 20th Century 16" diameter x 26" high SOLD
