| Item no 835
An antique stone jardiniere comprising a large circular trough on a gothic carved-stone base. This circular trough was originally a pig feeder while the base was reputedly salvaged from Gloucester cathedral following structural repairs. The combination works well and makes a unique raised planter ideally suited for planting with alpines and rockery plants.
18th/19th century
35" diameter x 34" high (internal depth 5")
