General

To avoid disappointment customers must ensure that their purchases have been agreed with Holloways sales staff either in person, or by telephone or fax.

Condition reports

Condition reports on individual items can be either verbal or written and will be supplied on request. These reports are for guidance only and may not cover all aspects of condition. Customers should be aware that garden antiques will not be in perfect condition and are strongly advised to view prospective purchases in person.

Reservations

Holloways may agree to reserve an individual item for up to 7 days to allow customers time to view prospective purchases. No payment is required to secure a reservation, but Holloways retain the right to refuse a reservation without providing an explanation.

  1. Holloways always try to provide accurate information about the goods listed on hollowaysgardenantiques.co.uk, but customers are warned that errors may occur from time to time and they should always make their own checks on the veracity of details supplied.
  2. In particular dimensions should be treated as approximate only. Colour reproduction is as accurate as photography and transmission allow.

The rates given for USD and EUR are a guide only. They are 'live' rates within 24 hours. We will use GBP for all transactions.

Delivery

Holloways will usually arrange delivery to our customers in the UK as part of the sales agreement. Quotes for shipping to overseas customers can be supplied.
