Item no 632 A large and elegant antique composition-stone urn, the lobed bowl with a wide egg and dart rim raised on a tall fluted base. This urn was for many years in an historic Herefordshire garden before being damaged by a fallen tree. As a result, the bowl has had to be expertly repaired and the results are very successful. The design of the urn and the material used strongly suggest it was made by Austin and Seeley during the second half of the 19th Century. 2nd half 19th Century 46" diameter x 42" high SOLD
