A good pair of circular lead planters with greek key decoration around the rim and each with a frieze of boys carrying game and fruit. Both the pattern and the high quality of the casting indicate that these planters are by the Bromsgrove Guild who were a successful and innovative guild of craftsmen working in the late Victorian and Edwardian era. Genuine examples of this type of this planter are quite rare.
Late 19th/early 20th century.
17.5" diameter x 15" high.
