Item no 16 A pair of cast iron Medici urns on fluted cast iron pillars. The urns are cast with a frieze of classical figures with masked handles on a fluted circular base. The columns are fluted with a circular top and square base. Both are cleaned of old paint and now repainted lime-white. The urns were probably made at the Handyside foundry, Derby, in the second half of the 19th century. 19th century Urns - 24" dia x 28.5" H Pillars - 18" x 18" x 39" H SOLD
