A vintage lead garden statue of a girl in period dress holding a horn in her right hand and her left hand cupped to her ear, now raised on an old sandstone cheese press stone. This figure is more usually seen in composition stone, often with poor detail, and is sometimes called 'Morning Calls'. Despite being a little battered, for example around the knee and nose, it retains plenty of Edwardian charm.
Early 20th Century
Height: 35" figure, 56" with plinth
