To avoid disappointment customers must ensure that their purchases have been agreed with Holloways sales staff either in person, or by telephone or fax.

Condition reports on individual items can be either verbal or written and will be supplied on request. These reports are for guidance only and may not cover all aspects of condition. Customers should be aware that garden antiques will not be in perfect condition and are strongly advised to view prospective purchases in person.
Holloways may agree to reserve an individual item for up to 14 days to allow customers time to view prospective purchases. No payment is required to secure a reservation, but Holloways retain the right to refuse a reservation without providing an explanation.
- Holloways always try to provide accurate information about the goods listed on hollowaysgardenantiques.co.uk, but customers are warned that errors may occur from time to time and they should always make their own checks on the veracity of details supplied.
- In particular dimensions should be treated as approximate only. Colour reproduction is as accurate as photography and transmission allow.
- The descriptions supplied on hollowaysgardenantiques.co.uk are the considered current opinion of the Holloways cataloguer.
Prices include UK VAT at the current rate and include the VAT Special Scheme where appropriate.
Prices are give in British Pounds (GBP). We use GBP for all transactions.
According to convention, Antique and Vintage Garden Ornaments measurements are given in inches, and Modern Garden Ornaments given in centimetres.
Measurements are as accurate as possible, but please allow for occasional errors.
Holloways will usually arrange delivery to our customers in the UK as part of the sales agreement. Quotes for shipping to overseas customers can be supplied.

Every effort is made to ensure the complete accuracy of our website however some prices/details may change from time to time and it is possible that an error may occur. We will correct any errors as swiftly as possible but we cannot be responsible for any losses incurred. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by using our website.
We will send an order acknowledgement email to you detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You providing incorrect Personal Information.
- Delivery costs not being agreed.
When your order has been accepted an order confirmation will be sent to you by email.

The payment of your online order is handled by a Payment Services Provider, Sagepay. This is a secure service using encryption and your credit/debit card details will not be seen or held by Holloways.
