Antique Round Stone Trough

An antique sandstone round trough from West Herefordshire raised on a separate round sandstone base. Original round stone troughs are relatively uncommon, most round stone troughs are originally millstones which have been hollowed out later. This one is a more conspicuous feature now that it is raised on the round base and has good internal planting capacity (internal dimensions 21" diameter x 6" deep).
