An unusual weathered garden bench, the long hardwood rails supported by three heavy cast-iron supports with lion mask terminals on the arms. The end supports each have ERII within a laurel roundel and also the name 'Henton and Chattell, Nottingham'. This bench was probably made to commemorate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953.
