Antique Sandstone Trough Birdbath

An antique rectangular sandstone trough with a relatively shallow interior raised on a separate tapered sandstone base. The trough originally had a drainage hole through the base which is now blocked up so the trough holds water and functions as a birdbath. 

The height is for the trough and base together, the trough on it's own is 7" high.

18th/ 19th century.
