Old Cast Iron Trough

An old cast iron farm trough with a high back divided into six sections by sprung wrought iron bars. It would have originally been used for feeding calves and other farm animals and is an unusually long example of its type which was made in two halves. It now has drainage holes through the base and makes an excellent antique garden planter for flowers.
