A pair of old limestone staddle stones from Oxfordshire with mossy round tops on tapered rectangular bases. These stones are very evenly matched and make a good pair.
NB. Condition note—The bases of these staddle stones were previously stored lying on their sides so one side of each is relatively unweathered but this will change once they are exposed to the elements again.
18th/19th century.
24" diameter x 29" high.
