Weathered Classical Garden Statue

A composition-stone garden statue of a maiden in classical dress holding a lyre. This statue belongs to the long standing tradition of depicting classical muses holding an attribute symbolic of their accomplishment, musical instruments usually being associated with song and dance. Although fairly modern, it has begun to develop a weathered patination which will accelerate in a garden setting.
