An antique stone water trough from Kempsey in Worcestershire with a bowed front and now with a drainage hole through the base. It was originally a water trough for horses in a stable yard and it has the potential to be reused as a part of a water feature if required. The finely worked curved front is a characteristic of large stone troughs from South Herefordshire and the surrounding areas.
19th century.
