Antique Stone Trough on Blocks

A long stone trough with an integral central partition supported on two stone block supports. Carved from the fine grained sandstone of South Herefordshire this was originally a feeding trough for farm animals. Now raised to a convenient height and with drainage holes through the base this trough makes a genuine antique feature suitable for planting with flowers. 

18th/19th Century.
