Antique Limestone Trough

An antique bow fronted limestone trough from Gloucestershire with good planting depth for its size (8" internal depth) and a drainage hole through the base. It has been eroded more on one side either from earlier use as a feeding trough for farm animals or possibly from previous owners sharpening knives on the side wall.

18th or 19th Century.
