A pair of Edwardian lead urns modelled in the 18th century style with unusual twin handles formed as caryatids. These urns have an attractive weathered grey patination and are a good size for planting with flowers. Lead urns and statues enjoyed a spirited revival as garden ornaments in the years up to the first world war largely stimulated by garden designers such as Gertrude Jekyll.
