Antique Sandstone Urns (Pair)

A pair of antique sandstone urns from the North of England, the semi-lobed urn bowls fixed to the turned round socles. These urns have several small drill holes through the bowls (visible in the photos) which are an earlier attempt to provide drainage but there is now good drainage through the centre of the urns so the small drill holes can be filled if required. The urns are relatively shallow (internal depth up to about 6") so will suit plants which cope with shallow soil depth.
