Antique Military Quenching Tank

An antique cast iron quenching tank stamped on the front with the date 1861 and the Shield of the Board of Ordnance depicting three cannons together with other details including possibly the maker and caster. 

This trough is in very good condition for it's age and continues to hold water making it ideal to be used as part of a garden water feature.
